Abstract: We investigate Kronecker products of characters for $S_n$
and spin products for the double covers $\tilde{S}_n$. We
give bounds on the Durfee size of these products and provide
information on the existence of special constituents. Also,
all products of Durfee size at most 2 are explicitly
described.
